HireVue is the leading provider of video interview and evaluation solutions for the world’s largest organizations. HireVue hired Lucidiom Group to work with its development team to completely revise its online product that captures online video interviews for the hiring process and allows organizations to more effectively review and evaluate job candidates.
In addition to the product redesign, Lucidiom Group helped HireVue’s internal marketing department define its branding, marketing plan and messaging. We created the functional design for the site and helped select a graphic design company to “put the clothes on it.” The site is search engine optimized (SEO) and highly optimized for generating corporate leads from its thousands of weekly visitors.
Along with ongoing site improvements, we created and managed online advertising programs and search engine optimization efforts. We contributed to most offline marketing and advertising efforts including public relations, event marketing, print advertising, webinars, emailing & list management, sales collateral, training, etc.
